How does theme installation work?
Theme installation will be done by me. Installation is based on the demo store setup. Any edits on the canva template will be done by you.
How long will the installation take?
Theme installation is normally done within 1-2 days upon theme access approval.
I have purchased the installation, what should I do next?
Please wait 24 hours to get an email from me requesting access to your Shopify store so that I can get in and install the theme.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If none, send us a message.
Will apps work on the theme?
Apps are not guaranteed to work immediately on the theme. However, it will work once the integration is done properly.
App supports are usually the one you will need to contact to make sure their app is working on the theme that you are going to use. They would basically do it for you.
Can I purchase theme only for now and purchase installation if I can't do it?
Yes, you can purchase the theme installation separately if you think you can't do it yourself.

zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template "layout/theme.liquid"
Upon downloading it from google drive, it could be that it was zipped again. Usually the zip file contains extra letters and numbers on the zip file name.
Just unzip it and you will get the correct zip file inside it.
Canva Templates FAQ
I only received a PDF, where are my templates?
The PDF contains the links of the canva templates. Canva templates are non-downloadable. You can only get the templates by opening the template links.
Are the fonts included?
Fonts are embedded on the templates so you can use the same fonts that I used on these templates. However, if you need to use these fonts on other designs, you can message me so I can send you the font name and where you can purchase it.
Can I use the templates on other designs?
Yes, as long as you don't use these templates as part of a digital/physical items that you will sell.
Do you offer commercial license?
As of now, I only allow Personal Use of my templates. You are not allowed to use the templates as part of a digital/physical items that you are going to sell.
